cooking tips September

Lets try one of our quick -cook mini roasts:-

place in oven as you would a roasting joint (i'm using lamb this time!) and set timer for 40 mins. Prep your accompanying vegetables and cook

After 40mins, test your meat to see how done it is (we like it on the rare side of medium) and keep it in a little longer if you need or take it out to rest

if its done enough for you (remember, it will continue to cook a little bit more as it sits on the plate) then serve and enjoy
